I love food.  Cooking it, eating it, reading cookbooks, taking pictures of food and even standing in the grocery store perusing all my choices.  Kind of ironic since it’s my life passion to help people get control of their eating, as a weight loss coach.  As someone who loves food, I’ve made it my mission to prove that healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring eating.  Since so many of my clients ask what I eat (and because as I mentioned, I love food photography) I thought I’d start this blog to share my favorite good eats.
